How many have been let go to date? Oh I don't know how many have been let go in human history.
If only the Company, er Firm, reported headcount Quarterly as part of Earnings statements......then people could easily see how we went from 272K in March 2020 down to 225K in March 2024.....oh wait.
Quit being intellectually lazy and search the available information to all team members, er 'employees'.
To date, like in when WF became a company?
What's the point of this thread?

These questions are just getting d-mb. Are people here really this stupid?
2 from COSMIC that have since crippled the bank operations.
Our head count is still about 20K over target. But more than that will still be cut from the US as work continues to be shifted to WFIP.

Great, now look what you did. By helping the OP clarify his question you got downvoted.
I hope the rest of the dopes on here do the same. You deserve it.
Not nearly enough. I see many managers around with nothing to do.
I've seen numbers published in the media of 40k workers since 2020, and 12k for just 2023. Based on the reports about additional "unexpected" severance costs in 2024, one can safely presume that 2024 will surpass that 12k number.
Every company is laying off their high paying or long tenured employees these days.
Your question is very vague and childish. There has to be a measurement period (i.e. since the inception of Wells Fargo, since the beginning of 2024, etc.)
Remember this article from 2020?
"Wells Fargo targeting up to 25% of workforce in mass layoffs"
https://www.pionline.com/money-management/wells-fargo-targeting-25-workforce-mass-layoffs
Then compare to today's actual employee headcount since 2020 to see if the company is on target or off target. If you want to get the precise number, ask HR, they should know.
