don't worry about it. they've got it rigged so no hourly associate will get the max dollar amount. associates need to understand that no matter what corporate or management says, home office DOES NOT WANT TO PAY OUT BONUSES EXCEPT TO THEMSELVES.
No need to fret over shrink. it's all that we can do to just get product out for sale. I'm not running myself in the ground for a maybe a $100-300 extra bucks, when club, market, regional, & corporate management are taking home $100k + bonuses.

The max dollar amount has not changed but because they are grading us on so much more like the mx voices it’s hard to get the max amount
