This group of "leaders" should all be gone in June. Why do you give up key space at retail, when these partners help cover 85+% of the country for those who like to touch feel and try on product. Increasing margins don't increase if peope don't buy your product (as evident by nike factory stores) and opens up free space for your competitors because retail needs to fill it walls and floors.
Important thing to note, no matter how bad or well the company does VPs and ELT always bonus. So if there is an annoucement of no bonuses, its only for the hard working people not the ones at the top.
