funny how the Troll popped up trying to get things started again. RI's are sharing health concerns and transportation concerns, but its not good enough for the Troll. The Troll wants people to start being critical of each others situation then tell us we aren't being compassionate enough to each other . what and a--hole u are . why dont you offer money to help me fix my car so I can have peace of mind about going to an onsite job? this is definitely caturday playing tricks again.

These layoffs are impacting people and others should not joke about it. Remote work was a blessing to many with health and transportation issues. Please stop with the negative replies and have some compassion. Not everyone (as someone once stated during a townhall) can walk out the door and find another jobs within seconds.

i know the feeling you shared of anxiety . i'm drinking more than I normally do.
I'm worried if i cant get a remote job how i am to interact in a store or other place of business . I've gained weight with covid and transportation and walking aint so easy anymore. i cant wear any of my clothing cuz my size increase

trying to sleep in a little extra each day doesnt seem to be helping with my anxiety's. my body is older and I dont walk as well as I use to I am praying for another remote job. standing in a retail store working on a register would be hard on my knees I am on a bus route so thats a blessing to get to a job, but can I stand the hours??. my car is older and doesn't always run good. I have an older cell phone and my family is in my contact list my brother is close to me and my ex husband feels sorry for me and would help in an emergency. I'm going to try the career services offered to us please wish me well I wish you well , see you in the best calls of the years of service. dont mind me if im the one crying

Instead of posting rumors about the severance for Audio why don’t you send an email to HR and your manager. This way you have documentation of their reply. Stop with the rumors.

And I mean severance in general isn't guaranteed to part timers, but our line of business did decide to offer it to everyone. Audio is a different business so can choose to or not to.

Per the policy document they shared with us all, severance is not guaranteed to part timers and is a business by business decision. We already signed a stay on bonus agreement so I don't think they will alter any terms besides the pc stuff they told is, but I genuinely believe that was miscommunication and wasn't ran by the cyber security team.

So what is happening? I heard from former Scarborough interviewers that moved to Audio that they are being fired without severance! Is this true? Will the Scarborough interviewers be impacted by this change? If I’m not getting my stay bonus or my severance I’m leaving right now. F. U. Nielsen.

From what I just read Audio got reamed.

I got lots of calls and text’s yesterday Audio fired a bunch of people with no severance and no outreach programs to get new work. Just basically let go and thanked for their service

Why are people so mean spirited on these boards? People are attacking each other calling people liars or trolls yet they can’t prove the statements as being incorrect. People can post what they think without being attacked. It’s all love and respect until someone makes a contradictory post and then love turns to hate. Either prove the person is wrong or just let it be, there is no need to turn every post into an argument. Just stop.

I know there's a lot of frustration with time being so short and money only going to last so long then you will need to find a new venture to prove yourself or get fired and look again. this board has held me up in the toughest of my mental emotions and if your not a TL or HR then you dont know cr-p about head count and personal conversations between RI's.

Why complain when you are not going to do anything about it???? Don’t hear anyone bringing up any of these concerns during stand ups! I don’t see anyone quitting! And speaking of stand ups, I’ve seen people say that HR granted an early final day and they are still receiving their severance and all you need to do is ask HR but like I see that no one is quitting and same people are in every standup. All just a bunch of B.S. on this board.

We are all on our last days of work, TL should not be treating you bad. Set up meeting with center leader. TLs and tech people should not be treating RIs “ugly”.
