Thank all for helping I was lazy and using my work email for everything to reach family , bank account alerts when payroll was deposited. I loved it I didn’t have a computer before I got the job and never used email so I was in a new world. My friend set me up an email account and they will check it for me during the week and I get access here at the library.
You will not be able to retrieve any personal data from your work computer. We were advised on this six months ago and if you continued to use your work computer to store personal data then this is on you and not on Nielsen.

You need to update all your stuff to another email bc they’re not going to give you access back to your accounts. You should have changed all that before you left. Next time don’t use a work email for anything other than work. Makes no sense to have personal anything on a work computer when they can cut you at any time and you will lose everything.

Sorry to say that the TLs were not leaders and rarely had the experience needed to lead. Florida call centers looked for people that did as they were told.
I felt valued many times. Miss all of ! What a great group to be with.
Care yourself and find a new home were they value you. The TL’s use to treat reps like dirt given the chance. That’s all I ever heard was how lousy the TL’s were .center leader took care of the reps
Sitting here drinking some wine still not believing that it’s over. Yes I’m bitter but I feel like myself and others have a right to be. Leave us alone and stop trying to find justification for what happened just to make yourselves feel better.

They love to grind down the employee. Yes we are getting paid but I don’t think they understand the mental stress the RIs and TLs are having to deal with. Stay on bonus is not worth the anguish.

I feel for you ,no one else around to dial households and get hung up on . they know how to grind down the employees is shear te---r to the bitter end
some people have tons of unused time that they were told they could use now all being told to work each day till close out? any days off being approved in advance? how you holding up stress ? mental health ? physical ? taking time for yourself ?
So now they need us and we are expected to work everyday, most of the RIs were cut last week, the person who is making these decisions is hopefully being cut like the rest of us at the call centers. I want to hear what empathy lacking leadership has to say about this.
You may be dealing with some stress related issues, please get help.

sounds like a set up to get some personal information. what mail address did they want it sent to ?
Provide tax records to prove employment history? Why should this fall on employees to provide? I would ask the Nielsen person who requested this from an employee to tell you how long they keep their tax records, I would bet that it’s not more than five years.

got an email asking that I send some payroll stuff they dont show me in their records for the same length of time as my severance papers. asking for my tax forms. this su-ks i'm not getting paid like the rest of you .
Ok Nielsen, get your stuff inline and don’t mess up my severance. I’m too old and don’t want to want to have to battle for my money.

first coffee being brewed and doggie has been walked thanks kids. so sad to see my friends leave this week with only 2 days left. so many years together and memories made I put my contact out there for those who would like to use it.

Let me start by saying that I will miss working at Scarborough, many fun memories. Now there seems to be an issue with how “white” Scarborough is and that has always been the case. The only reason that there was “color” at Scarborough was because they needed Hispanics to conduct Spanish surveys. All you need to do is go to the Nielsen website and look at the Scarborough leadership that will remain, not one person of color on the leadership team.
Lots of great people at the call centers but as in every company, a lot of self centered individuals. And yes it was the same group patting each others back over and over but, it was unscripted and everyone had the opportunity to speak up.
sorry to read about the hurt felt on the board about being over looked for kudos and recognition in the center. I'm focused on going forward and not the past , leaders did the best they humanely could to make us feel welcomed and carried us in some tough times with the virus , I give them a solid A - to A+
sure some of the TL's are boot lickers trying to get their own recognition from higher ups , but they got shut down from the center leader.
Yeah, I caught that kudos from whi+ey they tried few weeks ago after years being there to kudos some of us. They be haters. Couzins said we outa here just move on

good morning. just getting up and brewing some coffee . took me doggie out for a walk and going to get ready for a day of surveys . doggie was out early am thanks to the kids .
last few weeks and its all over cant wait for tonight to go over 20 plus years of surveys and hear all the wonderful stories. bring tissues and smiles I so wish we were together in the center to hug and say our goodbyes.

I agree there are things I wanted to say anonymously. I learned a lot from this board and the lies they have fed us the last 18 years
lots of rainbows and unicorns on that meeting. missing all of you already . what a nice group to work with lots of support and ideas when we needed to lean on each other.
