I just got notified that I have been selected for a one-time cash award. It did not have any further detail on the actual amount. Did anyone else get this, could u share any additional detail?

Congratulations, RCSA is a pain.
@qjq+1rsTeBpn it could be UP TO 20%. I received one and it was only about 5%, however, I had only been on it since Q4 2023. So, it depends on length of time and other factors, I'm sure.
Was it only rcsa people? Or everyone that participated in a workshop?
They gave it to a few people that weren’t in the original qualifying cohort landing in coming paycheck
Most people got this in Feb. in the 2nd paycheck of the month.
It’s 20 percent of your TVC - you can look at it in workday
