Group has had lots of departures in the last couple of weeks. We’ve had some people just let go with no severance some people let go with severance due to job type, such as technology and some people let go due to relocation strategy. Seems like there’s a lot out there and no guaranteed severance they can categorize it, however they want. 25 architects and directors let go yesterday
morning. no one says anything you just see zzzs by the name and that’s how you know they’re gone. usually you find out when a coworker calls and says that someone in the group got laid off.

Sounds like WF might be generating their next enterprise architecture by outside consultants and/or AI. Lots of consultants/AI banking process models out there.

Architects was hit badly yesterday— looks like enterprise architects cut in half- seems like principle engineers taking up the roles will reduce costs
