Emails announcing realignments today. Let's see what happens at end of week. Some people say surpluses happen the third week of the month. No reason for T to cut us now, we can still bring in a few sales yet.
Layoffs and reorgs are always announced at the end of a work week. Always.

Platinum will be the new BAT, just watch.
Shockingly, a lot of people from mobility are being moved up to platinum, I’ve seen 3 people this year that moved up to that switch
It's Monday and I'm still here...
BAU, been going on for a while in other parts of the business, they are just coming back around to sales. Unfortunately that’s the environment we work in, we have all seen that train coming down the tunnel towards us. If you haven’t already then better get ready for layoff and moving on, luckily we still have severance at least, for now.
It will be a watershed week in those segments…and not a good one.
Changes possible, but with CWA Contracts due by April, I doubt they make any changes now. They need the semi managers to fill the roles in the event of a strike. However there are 6 Director Positions open in Info rolling to Charlie Bolton under Fiber/Mobility so some changes. I can tell you the numbers su-k in all areas. Platinum is getting hit the hardest with mobility putting up some decent numbers. Fiber sellers running out of POTS flips and don't know how to sell tp white space because they never bothered to take the time to network or learn how to cold call. Eventually most accounts will role to Alliance and Platinum will be phased out just like globals has been.
Somethings going on...what exactly is tbd. I work in MM on fiber side, I've noticed channel segments changing in salesforce one specifically called alliance, which my guess means solution providers.
Lots of hiring still on the job board so not sure if it's an overall reduction of people, an outright elimination of all positions or just certain groups. To be determined. But nothings for sure happening or not this weekend.

If you’ve been paying attention this should come as no surprise to anyone in the business sales organization. This has been on the calendar for 9 months. This is not a reorg, it is another “ right sizing “ event.

I don’t have anything to add but I did save $400/month by cutting my copper fire alarm by AT&T over to LTE with V.
What’s prompting the cuts this week?
T will be coming for ALL of us before it’s all said and done!
Unless your the C-Suite who make ALL the BAD decisions and put T in debt!

Be careful with your last orders my boss cancelled the orders of those who had just left so he could give credit for them to the team members that stayed .
