Has anyone received a non-compliance letter for RTO saying your bonus check will be forfeited?

The elites want you traveling, spending money, taxes and filling up empty offices. Those that don’t will be looking for new employment. It’s not like AT&T is the only one doing it.
“ I stand corrected. I had called Hogwash earlier.
I have since learned this is very real and those targeted had basically completely blown off RTO for like 10+ weeks.”
Told ya…thanks for sharing more details as I was curious how blatant the team was with not going in to the office. I wonder what state they were in. The reminder/warning is gradually making its way around the company.
I stand corrected. I had called Hogwash earlier.
I have since learned this is very real and those targeted had basically completely blown off RTO for like 10+ weeks.
Supervisors were also penalized because they (apparently) did nothing at all to address/ correct the noncompliance during that time.
Ouch.
- “We were told that there was a group that had not been going in at all: ceo wanted them fired but they were put on final notice: I’m sure they were given some other penalty as a result of being non compliant. Since then we have gotten a reminder that the 3 days a week is mandatory and we have to go to the office.”
Fu-k John Stankey.
“Check Bedminster NJ.”
At least those people are going back and working. Bedminster is the office to go to if you want to sit in your cube, play on your phone, arrive late, take 15 smoke and potty breaks, walk around from cube to cube talking about ever but work stuff for 30 mins (I see it every day.) But the company thinks that’s collaborating. So d-mb.
Not everyone has returned. It depends on your manager and up.
If there is a clear directive to return then everyone must be held accountable.
Also, some people come in and then leave early and sometimes go back on line.
Check Bedminster NJ.
What raise or bonus?
We were told that there was a group that had not been going in at all: ceo wanted them fired but they were put on final notice: I’m sure they were given some other penalty as a result of being non compliant. Since then we have gotten a reminder that the 3 days a week is mandatory and we have to go to the office.
“I would forfeit a small raise to work from home. The money I’d save on commuting would be more than my raise.“
The second time you are flagged by HR is when you are out the door. You are only getting one chance to change your attendance pattern. Second time it is termination step.
Sure, they’ll make the supervisor discipline the non compliant, but they’re not responsible for you not complying and they are not going to be penalized in that manner for it.
Spoken like someone who has never had issues in CCDR, Astra or SACT. Leaders absolutely get measured on compliance with various objectives - it's the only reason any of them care about addressing configuration or security issues in their applications.
“And this is how we know it’s a lie.“
Not wanting to argue, and you may believe what you like.
Why are they also holding supervisors accountable? Supervisors have access to supervisor presence report. It clearly shows if employee has been to office three days a week or not. If there is a pattern of no attendance, it is supervisor’s responsibility to inform employee of non-compliance and report employee to HR. If supervisor fails at that, they are also held accountable. Some supervisors have not kept up with that report.
I am not saying I agree with that policy, I am just saying that is what AT&T is doing now.
“ Your supervisor will also get same treatment for fact you not going to office“
And this is how we know it’s a lie.
Is your Supervisor supposed to abduct you and bring you to the office themselves? Sure, they’ll make the supervisor discipline the non compliant, but they’re not responsible for you not complying and they are not going to be penalized in that manner for it.
Hogwash.
Letter says final warning (there is not a first warning). Your merit raise is zero. Your supervisor will also get same treatment for fact you not going to office
Non compliance is a final written notice along with your supervisor. Next step is out the door.
If you were non complaint for RTO, you wouldn't be losing your bonus. You'd be losing your job. So I call bs on it as well.
I would forfeit a small raise to work from home. The money I’d save on commuting would be more than my raise.
I have heard of people supposedly getting non compliance notices (nothing tied to compensation).
I wish I could post it here. But I have to repeat it is true.
Made up.
It doesn’t make sense because the reports are reviewed weekly for every group I’ve talked to. What org is sending letters for non compliance instead of dealing with it using the chain of command?
If I missed a day I’d get chewed out. What groups are letting people not go in?
Fake, this place is mostly populated with creepy liars
It is happening, I've talked to people who have received the letter, some forfeit raises, others forfeiting raises and bonuses.
I also got the notices and ignored them. I AM getting bonus, but not the merit raise, specific reason is non-compliance with RTO initiative.
Pointless nonsense trolling. The company is not d-mb enough to try that and we are not d-mb enough to believe you.
Those saying this is made up are completely wrong. It has indeed happened
Nope, nada. I really don't expect to receive any notification from HR.
what are you not compliant on?
0/10 troll attempt
Why on earth would this company send a letter like that?
I have one that my raise has been forfeited. No warnings.
No one has received this letter because it's not happening. Stop making things up.
