Soon he'll be the only one in the US at his own Town Hall at the rate that the jobs are being exported. Might as well cancel them.

JW's days are numbered. Any time the Schart says a bunch of nice stuff and talks about the work you did BEFORE his benevolent arrival while bringing on another JPM stooge in your area, it's a retirement speech.

Remember folks, you heard it here first.

No longer watch any Town Halls. I spend my time, energy and money commuting so no longer give a $hit about anything at this company. Bare minimum so I can conserve what little leftover energy I have on family and non-work life.

JW didn’t forget his wife’s bday, it was just a really really bad icebreaker. It probably took him a few weeks to think how to start the conversation and that’s the best he could come up with.

Sommers came from Bear Stearns...and wells Fargo still has consent decrees and an asset cap. I encourage advisors to avoid the firm or to leave. As senator Warren stated..she believes the firm shouldn't exist. I agree and whatever can be done to help clients avoid or leave the firm should be done. Scharf seems to think that ignoring the damage WF did to clients is a strategy. No..but shutting the firm is appropriate.

Charles, the problem isn't our lack of respect for India, it's the very well deserved lack of respect for YOU. You are an evil little man and a known liar.

All of our jobs are going to India that’s just a matter of fact! 25 percent of our pay!

Talking to Elizabeth Warren tomorrow!

It’s really incredulous and abhorrent that he can just go on a town hall and just say, respect India like what the eff is going on?

You’re a CEO, in good conscience you can just go on a Town hall like that and that when you’re laying off thousands, I can’t wrap my head around it?!

Yeah, well, we don't need anything Shart is doing either. Outside of bad town halls and media appearances, he doesn't really DO anything. His directs do a little work, and it increases with each level down from there.

Asking why CEO is not taking a paycut because there are layoffs is a 73 IQ question. His pay is a drop in the bucket. Are you taking a paycut because others are being laid off? Big doubt.

Cuts are made because the jobs are NOT NEEDED to move forward. It's really that simple for the most part.

Submitted questions for Scharf - not asked/answered:

  1. Given the current geopolitical climate and heightened alliances/tensions, do you see any risk associated with WF's footprint/exposure in India? Does India have the U.S.'s and WF's best interest at heart when India's current alliances indicate otherwise.
  1. Now that 2023 performance review cycle is complete, how would you grade you performance? (on A through F scale)
  1. When companies are laying off significant # of employees and making significant cuts, do you believe CEOs should have cuts to their compensation or forego any compensation offered? In the past in the U.S., CEOs would often forego raises and bonuses during such times of employee hardship. Any thoughts on why we're not seeing that at WF?

I can't relate to this new leadership team. It's like they're talking about a completely different company - not the one I work for.

What’s up with the water bottle product placement? Weird how they’re front and center, and intentionally put back on the table with the label facing the camera. Somebody’s buddy’s making money on this.

If you ever needed a reminder…. You don’t matter, look out for yourself above all.

Tracy can’t even speak to her plan to impact thousands of IT jobs in a town hall. Not even a mention but look there is the new VP we hired.

Weiss thinking it's a fun story to talk about how he forgot it's his wife's birthday today because he was obsessed with what he was going to say at Charlie's meeting.

You couldn't have a clearer demonstration of this company's culture.

How in the world could anyone think that's something to talk about? And following the story up, NOT with "ooops I made a mistake," but with "hope this meeting goes better."

From their SEC 10-K "Wells Fargo offers many benefits, programs, and work arrangements intended to provide employees with flexibility and work-life balance"

LOL
