Our group haven’t received our YTR and were told yesterday was the day. Anyone else? What is going on??

We don’t even cover them in Mobility. Besides they are all identical just a copy and paste. Sometimes forgetting to even change the names. We are told by our elite Ops Manager (former LL) if you want to talk about them just call me… trouble is he never answers his phone.

“ There is no rule for me to bust my a$$ for you next year either, it cuts both ways, a-hole.”

You never have to bust your a-s. Just like AT&T doesn’t have to provide you a bonus.

You NEED your bonus, AT&T doesn’t care.

Get over yourself.

I have no issue if they auto release the YTR, there is nothing to gain from the same yearly speech

Since any day can be your last who cares about YTR, Don’t be a fool. Fool. Get out while you still have some self respect.

Relax. All supervising managers received them yesterday. They have a couple of weeks to perform the coverage and release with individual employees. Some supervisors elect to do that on day one without delay and some don’t.

I’m an IC5 2nd level and got the full 11% bonus and a 4.5% salary increase. Total rewards was about the same as I got in 2022 to be honest. Wouldn’t expect much different for anyone else who was rated as exceeds and is hovering in the middle to lower end of Tier2 in your TSR.

Your Manager was too busy running around trying to fix the epic outage to be able to release them. They probably took his raise away.

How are you so sure that they didn’t contact their supervisor? YTR or comps letter is the ONE thing that employees look forward to after busting their a-s! Especially today with the consistent surplus and layoff. I don’t think it’s a crime asking others on this forum! PS: our group have not been covered either and yes, we were informed it was supposed to be “released” whatever that means now yesterday!

This is a basic job of a first line supervisor. I don't care how "busy" they are. Pathetic.

If your YTR is auto released, your supervisor should be immediately terminated. There is a report that HR generates, would not hard.

We have until 3/5 to share. And that is optional. The system will automatically send it out 3/5.

There is no rule or mandate that the supervisor MUST share.

Yep we’re still waiting as well. Haven’t heard a peep from our manager! So frustrating while others in the same org have received theirs!

Our manager is busy with transfer of operations to Indian vendors. It must be accomplished quickly and smoothly. Sadly, nothing will be smooth and quick for customers since then.

Mine looks great! I'm a financially independent boomer. Makes me want to plug along a while longer. Severance would be fine, too. Very grateful indeed!

I didn't get mine either but my manager is a worthless pos and never is prompt at anything including telling people what they make.
