These Fiasco’s didn’t happened under Big Ed!! Randall and Stankey have ruined the company. The service is bad the CEO wants to be on TV all the time and the morale is low!

Morale is low because I have to work now. I used to be able to pick up the phone, hear a dial tone and call it a day.

These things have always happened. In Ed's day it wasn't this precisely, it was meltdowns of the TDM network. And people didn't have iPhones so Joe Blow and CNN didn't know about it. (The business customers sure as h-ll did.) But it was the same basic scenario.
