Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo C-Suite Executives are unabashedly Morally Bankrupt

No shame whatsoever in making decisions which most people would be embarrassed to carry out. Ethics and character are off the table unless legally forced, and often not even then.

Laying off American workers and then brazenly giving themselves massive raises. Laying off American workers and then outrageously spending part of a $500 Million “employee enhancement” package to add pretentious lighting to the Charlotte skyline. Laying off American workers and then spending $30 Billion to prop up the stock which will trigger their own Executive Stock Option plans. Unrepentantly sacrificing others to boost their own careers and personal wealth.

How is it that not one of them ever raises their hand to say “This makes us look corrupt and self-serving.” I wouldn’t trust any of these people to petsit my dog, much less run a top 5 bank responsible for safeguarding the money for 70 million people.

Remember when Sharf first joined the company and at his first TH he said over and over and over how family was number 1? It was like he was trying to convince himself.

Morally bankrupt? Maybe they were born that way.

The sad part is that they can literally do whatever they want with zero accountability.

The theatrical “accountability” from shareholders is nothing when you’re super rich anyway.

Does Powell have a for-show wife like Shart? They're both definitely Epstein frequent flyers.

I showed someone a photo of Sharf and Powell, thought they were 2 old g-y guys, 100% on it.

I was told by a WF colleague that the executive floor at the Hudson Yards site has white glove butler service. Allegedly, top executives are served lunch daily in a dining room. Anyone else hear similar story?

WF c-suite thinks employees are too d-mb to know they are lying but yet expect those same employees to fix the problems they and prior c-suite created and allowed.

The fun part is, it's obvious that THEY know it's morally bankrupt because they make so much effort to conceal their schemes. Sure, they tell share holders generalities (helps boost the stock) but internally we are CONSTANTLY lied to about what they are doing, how they will do it, and perhaps most importantly, why they are doing it. They don't want their skullduggery to be well known, to customers, the media, politicians, or their own employees. If you're doing the right thing, you have no problem with everyone in the world knowing it.
