Per the communications from Jordan/Nike Leaders this phase is over.
"As of today, we have completed all our exit conversations in our respective functions for this first phase in February. We will, however, continue planning for some additional organizational alignment of certain teams with the new Consumer x Marketplace structure through the second phase planned in Q4"

I’m not Jordan and I got the email. As I did get all other announcement emails.
I’m guessing this email only went out to the Jordan folks. It’s been dead quiet in my part of the business as we’re being left out in the dark. Leadership says they’ve been asked to remain silent.
Why increase anxiety in one quarter when you can do it in two back to back quarters? 🤷♂️
