I am going to switch to the Cricket Network. So tired of ATT outages.

Legg will say that we need to convert more of these contractors to employees so we have the knowledge on how to bring down the network in house.
This is what happens when you don't test new software and major configuration changes prior to implementation. The Middletown labs team did an awesome job. Their work was expensive and took time, but this saved the company and major customers from incidents like this. Too bad the labs team was eliminated.
You have to go up the chain of command at CBRE to get any resolutions, squeaky wheel! Use emails to document, and include management that’s in your chain of command. It’s how I finally was able to resolve my issue. Include ticket numbers, pictures, state the issue in a professional manner, your concerns with safety and the possible service impacts. You will have done your due diligence and it’s on them after that if something happens it’s all about budgets these days but safety should never be an issue.
Whoever caused it - the whole leadership leg to the person should be fired
I seen this coming years ago when they announced they would shift to SDN/virtualization and centralized control. Great ideal to put all their eggs in one basket.
Took 6 yes 6 hours to get an official communication about this out to the organization. That is totally unacceptable and the issue is continuing. This is not good for sure.
if this goes on long enough it just might wake the public up to what a bad idea it is to leave something as important as a big chunk of the country's telecommunications infrastructure in the hands of arrogant, money-grubbing dimwits like those running t.
Wireless devices must relocate to Dallas or Atlanta to remain working. Thank you for living your customer designation.
John Stankey - get on this!!!! Stop telling us to live our designation and get your network up and running. You are going to miss your KPI for NW quality and uptime with this outage.....wonder if your $30M salary will be impacted...
DEI at it's finest moment.
Well I’ll be a son of a bi--h. I thought for sure the improved culture from RTO would prevent things like this!
" Cricket is ATT my dude"
he knows that. And you bit.
This is what happens when more money is spent on management bonuses than is spent on maintaining the network. The CO in one of our exchanges has holes in the roof, and they don’t care. I’m sick of reporting it. The company literally doesn’t care.
If they will just do a “Wi-Fi Map” it will magically work just fine, or so managers think.
It Couldn't have happened to a more deserving Company.
Signed,
A laid off Employee
The cuts and horrible morale have consequences. Surprise surprise.
"Someone needs to be fired over this."
Yeah, it is the Stink who needs to be fired. But they will pick some poor S M U C K in the NOC instead...
Fake news….toy phones are working just fine.
This is what happens when you outsource the management of the entire network to WITCH companies... Right now AT&T is trying to figure out how to put in the right ticket to have the Teams revert the changes and do the needful.
Whatever they did took FirstNET down. Someone needs to be fired over this.
This attack is just a test. Next will be FAA regional flight systems. Would not want to be flying anytime soon.
Cricket is AT&T, T mobile is horrible, Verizon is like betting black or red!
This is a result of outsourcing the top technical talent to the 3rd world and importing H1B Visas. The "STANK" strikes again!!!
All carriers impacted- major cyber attack on National Infrastructure. One carrier can’t take all the others down as well. Think about.
T-Mobile is the way to go!
T-Mobile has outages, too.
T-Mobile is the way to go!
T can’t even get the internal applications to work correctly and remain stable!
Cricket is ATT my dude...
Which disgruntled employee took down the network?
