I have received an email from our SD, and the subject says “org transformation update”. The invite doesn’t say anything specific.
Am I impacted?

I asked up above about how many hours notice those with managerial changes got the meeting invite. I got the invite
several hours ahead. And yes, mine was also managerial change. I don’t think it necessarily means my current manager will be let go.
Got mine 4 or 5 hours before (saw it when I woke up!). Mine was a managerial change.
OP and others who had managerial changes, how much notice did you get for your meeting? I got same one with several hours notice. I’ll update when it’s over. But seems like if it is layoff news, they won’t give that much notice?
I had the same experience as OP today, only change was reporting manager.

I had one on my calendar last night, it was my skip level manager to let me know that I was Ok for this round.

Apologies for the delay, my reply wasn’t getting posted.
The meeting was about my manager change and also to inform that I’m being seen at future Nike. The timing of the meeting su-ked; and they justified by saying “following the protocols“. No comments on my manager’s situation though, and was asked to not reach out to him.
The subject line appears to be the same regardless of the content. Some are having a layoff meeting, and some are having the "your safe" conversation. Our SD scheduled a team meeting for this morning. Likely it will be "we're all safe" but there might be restructuring/roles changing. So "your safe" and "your fu---d" meetings all happening at the same time today.
@ilj Can you tell something about the org change?
Got the same invite this morning and was not laid off. They are announcing orgchanges slowly.

BTW, There is no 15 minute meeting on EDAI SD's calendar.

I just an update from a very close friend, that these org transformation email today was about the manager or the person who you are reporting to is let Go.
Everybody gets a new job! Somewhere else!!
The subject of my layoff email was "Org Transformation Touchbase". Not sure if yours is a layoff email
If HR isn't in the meeting, it's a legit org change. And you don't get a days-notice for the layoff, you get an hour.

Most likely your reporting manager is gone or your team is likely to be merged with another team. We had a similar meeting few mins ago
OP please update after your meeting if possible.
Given the rumor of EDAI restructuring around data and software my guess is you’re keeping your job but your reporting structure and role will change. Again, please update us at some point today to confirm if you can.

iInitially it was 30min meeting but then was updated to 15min. Scheduled from 10:15-10:30am. I’m from EDAI org.
