Is anyone else heading that layoffs might be starting next week instead of the week of 4/22? I wish they would just get it done already

Some layoffs have already quietly happened over the past 3 weeks.
I heard finalize global week of 4/15 and NA after 4/22 however i have no way of confirming

It's part of their sick psychological torture fetish, or they are just that incompetent that they don't care or realize what they are doing to the morale of the employees. I have heard the same thing but nobody really knows.
