Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Reason #101 to love the Wells Life

Knowing that you are so important and valued by the company that any day now you will receive a 60 day notice and severance.

This bank is a dump, after 20+ years I'm over it. I'm looking forward to being booted off the stagecoach. Needless to say, I'm doing the bare minimum until I get laid off. I love my team, but I hate the leadership team/BOD, and where this company is going. It's a sinking ship.

Looking forward to it and good luck to those who stay behind.

The best Well Life is a sense of stability and control in your life. After that it’s financial wellness. Pulling the rug out from people and then telling them you can buy discounted theme park tickets is kind of lame. I can’t believe they have a whole division of disinformation to convince us that what we are seeing is not what we are seeing.

Morale is lost by many because even if you're not impacted by layoffs or location strategy, you will be left with the workload from the void. It's bad for everyone.

The staff is India cannot produce results in analytics. They don't have a fundamental understanding of the business.

…while telling you repeatedly that your India and Philippines “colleagues” have such superior skills that just can’t be found in US core locations.

Laughable is putting it kindly!
