Is Mortgage done with layoffs? Anyone know what the LO comp plan changes look like?

WF OC has target number of employees they want to get down to.
But they want to increase the number of jobs being done in India. So the layoffs of American workers is deeper than just saying the headcount only needs to drop 25K more.
The answer to this question is always no.
The company has been very transparent that they are expecting restructuring to continue into the foreseeable future.
I'm betting we have another 30% or more company staff reduction before we even start to think about slowing down displacements due to efficiencies.
