Proof is in the pudding. I just checked and there are over 700 U.S. jobs available, there are over 600 India jobs available, there are over 90 Philippine jobs available and over 10 in United Kingdom are available.

Exclude "Client Management" (branch-oriented jobs) and the difference becomes even more drastic.

More concerning over the last two or so years is the amount of oversight and decision making roles given to India and lower level roles in the US.
And guess what? India and Philippines employees that I work with get promoted at a very good rate compared to my U.S. peer employees.

+ 400 positions opened in the US, "But we just can't find anyone in this labor shortage so we'll need to go H1b or offshore"
+ 100 Part Time branch and call center jobs that pay less than working at Kohl's.
