My review isn’t until two weeks from now and I’ve seen a couple of posts saying they’ve already had theirs. Is this a bad sign?

Have not had mine, and no mtg set up. Would not worry. Delays are common.
Yep, mine's next week. Usually it's around April lol.
No one is getting fired during performance review. First you will get your review then if you have a NI you will have a performance plan so you should have some time. I saw people at another company stay at the company and eventually they moved on and worked for the other company another 20 years.
It is all how you take the NI. Badly you will go. Look at it as an opportunity or an opportunity to fake it you will survive and have fun
the compensation is suppose to hit the first payday in Feb which is like the 2nd? So they could conceivably do it on the same day to save time. Might be less painful that way to. Reviews are suppose to have happened this week and next week. I m guessing there are exceptions but if everyone gets the comp and bonus at the same time maybe those folks that are delayed will just see their increases and bonuses and then just decline the performance review meeting. :o)
Yes...very bad sign. Likely you're about ready to be treated like a Lady and have your stool pushed in for you........
It's a Teo step process, first the ratings and then later the compensation conversation. It's possible your manager wants to have them as close as possible or they are just busy, don't read too much into it.
Let’s have year end review one week and then relay comp another week. Efficiency at it’s finest huh?
I'm going to schedule all mine at the last minute on Tuesday, Jan 23 and use a cryptic subject line.
It likely means your manager hasn’t finalized it yet, or their schedule is too packed and haven’t set it up yet.
They did send out an email saying they can start. Every team is different. Mine is scheduled for two more weeks and I'm not concerned at all. A lot of managers wait until the last minute to make sure comp is all settled.
he sent email the other day saying managers can start having performance discussions, they need to be done by the end of month and usually will submit in workday just before/after so you can see in workday. Up to each manager and their schedule as to when they do it. they prefer it if managers have separate conversations for perf and comp, but many managers like to do both at the same time which if this is the case for your managers would be around Jan 24 or 25 when comp sheets become available to managers.
Had mine yesterday but manager couldnt communicate merit or bonus amounts. I wish they would just wait and do it all together.
The person I choose to fire always goes late in the process
Each managers preference. My manager likes to get it done with day 1. My previous one would do it on the last day.
Some managers delay until they have some sense on IC, some delay because they don’t like to interact on personnel tasks, some are busy and haven’t gotten a chance. Don’t read too much into it.
When I had to deliver performance reviews, I always saved the needs improvement for last.
