My group manages customers in a hub. We are not a customer facing group. Now we must be customer facing inside branches. This is not what we signed up to do. Any other hub affected?

I love my job, the purpose of staying is just that. I work with great people too. Shart wanting us to leave is the cherry on top. He's doing everything he can to harass employees and it's not gonna work. His legacy here will be one of failure. Show me the money or leave me alone. He can take my job, but he won't be doing it for free.

But that equation had better include values for quality of life, lost opportunity and the possibility that life would continue as normal with special payout.
Guaranteed when you look at all the factors the grand payout is cut in half at minimum. More so for those who are simply sticking around out of spite even if they don’t realize it.

But I remember reading on Teamworks about a year ago that they can basically repurpose you by keeping salary in line. I can’t remember the name of “the program” but it’s out there.
