Has anyone who took ERP starting Jan 2 received their documents to review? HR said Dec 14th then changed to Dec 19th. Nothing yet as of Dec 20. Does Humana and HR even care anymore?

I did get my agreement papers today. They look right other than incomplete instructions (again) on how to cancel insurance. They say it has to be in writing but no address. Not sure if email is in writing or if need to write a request and send in the mail. Hopefully, more instructions coming.
To the past three E-O posters- I’m sorry you’re all going through this typical cluster bo-b of an implementation! It’s absolutely unacceptable. Why did they rush eligible associates to make a decision when they knew they weren’t going to send the documents out until AFTER the last day!!???? What if the terms aren’t what you were told they would be? I would have been a nervous wreck if I had accepted and never got my documents!!! Can you please keep us updated on how you’re all doing?
Most pathetic display of disorganization and disregard after hounding people to leave "voluntarily." I feel sorry for HR4U having to take brunt of frustration over withholding of retirement "celebration" benefits, release of critical documents using "an app" until 12:01am on 01/03/24, and refusal to release shipping boxes for equipment until after departure. To top off the lack of corporate professionalism and infinite need to micromanage, "associates" were not released in a timely manner to wrap up, pack equipment and to ship back Humana-owned property until after- sign- off-for- the -last-time moment. Power and control. Pride goes before destruction. It is definitely time to reassess the actual culture of Humana. It is not curiosity, caring and commitment. The three C's are just marketing mantra.
No paperwork here. Shoot I can't even get boxed or labels to ship my equipment back. Thanks for your service right?
It is Jan 3rd still no early retirement documents. Has anyone gotten them? HR keeps closing my case when I ask but still no documents.
Post ID: @8mab+1qaF4f0W- i’m wondering the same thing. I think they are going to decrease our benefits. Most likely decrease the 401(k) to a match up to 3% and do away with AIP for anyone that’s not a Director or above. AIP and the 401 k match are two reasons I stay……
When do we know what our new benefits package is? The survey has had me in suspense for some time now. Can they change 401k at any time?
Any update on this? Many people taking E-O had time off at holidays. Where do they stand?
Is this surprising? Typical of the past 3 or so years where Humana flies by the seat of their pants in all areas. HR especially.
Nothing here either
