Bonus was 30% less than previous year which was also meets. Lowest bonus over10 years.
Manager formally recommended a promotion for me in review document but I doubt mgr will do anything further.
I'm assuming the OP has been displaced. They wouldn't have a comp conversation. You "may" be eligible after displacement for a bonus if still active employee or on a notice period on 9/30. However, it is not a guarantee as there are approvals that have to happen and not every displaced employee will get it. I'm sorry, OP.
Being eligible doesn’t mean you’ll get a bonus. Especially if your ratings are low. Didn’t your manager share your review and comp info?
Already a post on this site about this -- timing is the same as it's always been.

If your manager tells you to look at compensation and doesn't take the time to meet with anyone, that's poor leadership and just shows how poorly the firm is run.
Did your manager not talk to you and give you your comp info?
I’m sure this website will be able to solve for you.
Your annual bonus or the $1000? The $1000 will show on the next pay cycle for the 16th.
Been with the company 17 years. I know if I'm bonus eligible or not. I've received a bonus for the last 7 years. No bonus.
You didn’t mention this in comp conversation or haven’t had one yet?
go into your profile on workday and select compensation, if you are bonus eligible it will indicate what bonus plan you are eligible for under plan assignments on that page. of you don't see anything then you are not eligible. if you have a job offer that says otherwise you may want to talk to your manager or hr.
