Ask for a buyout of six months if you get paid off in the first five years.
Agree with @bsv+1qQoFrW2. Let's break down "Lead Developer". First over 12 years I did not see much development. Most of it is maintenance of shoe-built excel to SQL server apps.
Second, your manager isn't a manager -- they are facilitators. Very seldom will they understand the problem domain, the processes, etc.
There is no automated testing. Little acceptance testing.
There is no business analysis done. You will have to elicit the requirements yourself, build your process diagrams, etc. You might ask your facilitator to get the overpriced bec notekeeper to do this... but be careful. becs are usually the facilitator's best as...s li..cker. They don't like to be "bothered". Oh and architecture? Who needs architecture when there is no product design?
Lead Dev is a joke here. What is there actually to lead, are there any guidelines for how a lead dev is supposedly different from the others on the team. On our scrum team we wonder why we even have a lead.
150-160K, you can also push for 170K.
Ask for Charlie to be fired.
Tree fiddy.
How many barrels of corn are given a month.
This is a LAYOFF site.
Ask for way more than you think you deserve as compensation for all the pain and suffering WF will bestow upon you.
