If displaced, I see you get paid any PTO due to you. But what if you went over your PTO and say, used all the PTO for the year before your displacement, so you were negative 4 weeks when displaced?

If you are negative 4 weeks of PTO, you need a medal for managing to get away with it, not a clawback
get your facts straight people. if displaced, ie. laid off, then no you won't have to repay it. There are plenty of things that apply when fired or quitting that don't apply when laid off
They take it out if your last check or you have to repay it out of pocket
search for and read the policy. if you quit or are fired then you have to repay if displaced or die you do not
They debit the amount
