He was known for living super below his means and not worrying about money so no, he wouldn’t. However, that doesn’t mean his followers aren’t allowed to wear them if they do super well financially.

Because good people and great ideas lie at the bottom of the company’s hierarchy and no one at the top will listen. This is where those frustrations come to vent.
This is really the only site I know where folks can anonymously talk about what is going on at work. I don't mind it not all being about layoffs - although as someone pointed out, issues discussed here can lead to layoffs in the future, so it is all fair game.
The WF forum is more active than any other I have perused. I guess we have to about which to complain...
Garbage decisions by stupid execs often lead to layoffs. Lots a lot of things to discuss at this company, these clowns sc--w up almost daily.

If WF was a fantastic company to work for and treated its employees well and had a leader who was present and not an absolute mo--n, then maybe this wouldn’t have been far and away one of the most active threads in this site for years.

Why? Thats easy. This open forum allows all the disgruntled, displeased, disillusioned, disingenuous, Wells Fargo employees, both current and former, a location to come and air their grievances against the bank, the CEO, and the Board of Directors on a daily basis.
Although their posts have nothing to do with subject layoffs it allows them to feel better about all of the fear they have of actually being laid off.
