It's 0% if you are not on the payroll on March 1st.
122% guarantee there will 50% fewer badged employees by EOY…
Best to put it in your emergency layoff fund. The clock is ticking for many.
Employees enjoying bonus payout just like passengers enjoying the prime rib on the Titanic, simply entertaining.
Or maybe just enjoy the extra money.
“ making employees watch that video to get information was just a stroke of his ego”
Some people will complain about anything. You must be real fun in your personal life.
Still many unfair exceptions to RTO. Our group has Directors outside the 9 hubs and bc L3s are “liked” it’s allowed. Others had to move — exceptions not equal to all.
AND because of these favored ones that can live and work outside the 9 RTO cities, ATT travel budget is impacted.
Surprised that by now T hasn’t cleaned up all the outside 9 exception cases. People who were let go from same cities are compiling names of people who weren’t forced to move to see if there’s a case of discrimination.
Surprised JS is still allowing this. Make same RTO rules for all. Stop the favoritism. Demonstrate equal treatment for all —the sooner that happens the sooner all can/will move forward from RTO.
Or maybe just enjoy the extra money.
Getting your bonus is like going out on Saturday night, having a great time, enjoying a few drinks and then waking up Sunday knowing you have to go back to work and look over your shoulder for the next 45 days for the next surplus announcement.

Why the video? Just did the ATG session. It’s like he doesn’t want us to get too comfortable. Feel like it’s our going away gift.
Big whoop! Letting the peasants have a few extra pennies.
Enron paid generous bonuses too….lol
Maybe this is the "Re-location package" we've been hearing about in interviews.
This is also how much headcount reduction is planned until AT&T is obsolete. Using Stankey math.
