Heard from a reliable source that bonus will be tied to RTO. If you haven’t been in office three days a week and logged in at least 6 hours a day, you will be penalized greatly.

after watching that stupid video the stank sent today, I actually believe this post. he kept emphasizing culture and being present. we all know what that means.
that portion was worth 20% of the 2024 bonus. I suspect if you don’t meet your min days in the office they could cut your bonus by that much. of all of it. or maybe we won’t have jobs anymore. that’s more likely.

Might not be true for AT&T but know a guy who works for a very large financial service company. They have implemented a 60% RTO policy and future bonuses will not be paid if you don’t meet that requirement.
