Literally the most important day of the year to have tech running and we can't even access workday? For Pete's sake. But don't worry guys, crack support teams are working on it! 😐

45K in India for COO, 24K for Tech each LOB has add'l India team. Overall # of employees for WF has increased exponentially but numbers hidden since they don't count employees in India.
It's more of a crack on the people that made that decision than anything else.
Doesn't make sense to slam what remains of WF's tech team when the app you're complaining about is an external cloud app.
45k + employees and counting in India
It got offshored to India like everything else, great customer service from lowest ranked iq country. Pick a better country if offshoring.
It’s all about spaghetti and lasagna. We don’t want spaghetti. Lasagna is better.
Was it better before the layoffs?! could have fooled me...

Funny how tech is the issue when it has been one of the hardest hit areas for layoffs….wtf do you expect?
Comp, bonus, promotion, and title changes are finalized/official and communicated to employees. It's entirely predictable that there will be a huge spike in WD use.
Well, India is supposed to save WF. So aren’t they in office collaborating to PREVENT sc--w ups like this?
Can’t help but notice the trend of when system issues routinely occur. Layoff weeks and critical or planned events. It will only get worse, folks.
What do you expect? The guy that ran tech into the ground was promoted to running the bank and now everywhere is a disaster.
Be patient, they are still asleep in India
Why is today the most important day of the year?
comp statements are generating and more people than usual, managers, are probably hitting it right now. It's right sized for most days but can't accommodate the occasional high usage day.
The team that runs this was probably laid off yesterday, seems like something Charlie and TK would do. They are realizing this morning it wasn’t a strategic move.
Typical Enterprise Functions CIO, Meyer...History is such a good predictor of the future!
Amazing the level of service you get from a group that is paid a fortune in salary and has massive budgets. The rest of the company is getting by with duct tape and bubble gum fixes and you clowns can't even keep our basic systems accessible. Inconsistently Meets would be an undeserved compliment.
