Pushing employees out the door to a company completely unprepared for the demands of becoming a global concern with 1,100 employees virtually overnight is irresponsible.

Expect serious consequences.

“I am one of those folks in cyber. I feel more so those on wire line than cyber, cyber is very much in demand.”

Accurate statement, unfortunately T is not even remotely positioned to survive much less thrive in the commercial space. Customers can go directly to providers for proven services without the T markup and horrible billing.

T Cybersecurity was nothing more than poorly organized repacked service of other companies products. It was/is a poser. CIO’s politely listen to T but giggle after meetings. There is absolutely no historical commercial success for us here. Just another half baked attempt to stay relevant. They thought the logo would mitigate our freshman approach to the cybersecurity market, they were sorely mistaken. Really good people went to the organization and will unfortunately be set sail on a rudderless ship. Next they’ll get the letter that benefits etc. will be shifted to the NEW company…..nothing good has ever come from a move like this.

"They are talking Cobra if you need benefits that aren't available with the New Company"

How would that be equitable if you have to pay cobra prices? This is the first I've heard this but I'm not "in those meetings"
Once the sale is done ,I feel it's gonna be wild west. It's seems so messy.
