Layoffs yesterday

I've seen a few mentions of layoffs that took place yesterday, does anybody know what happened?

Cybersecurity laid off employees. Most notably employees in Germany because "they didn't want to establish a legal entity there after divestiture." Other countries probably hit too but I only know about Germany.

T seems to think that many technicians are still needed to complete the work even though there is definitely not enough work to keep the techs busy all day! We're busy only half the day at best!

We need techs on hand in the event of outages and natural disasters.

means you”ll be able to pay off that 191 billion in total liabilities 1591 years

So what you're saying is the layoff IS helping!

If they're gonna continue with more layoffs, I just wish they would start with the bargained for personnel since there a lot of technicians that would volunteer to leave if they were offered the opportunity. The problem is that T seems to think that many technicians are still needed to complete the work even though there is definitely not enough work to keep the techs busy all day! We're busy only half the day at best!

T doesn’t have layoffs. They only provide employees with new career opportunities.

""Third wave is coming in August assuming solvency isn’t an issue by then."

Solvency won't be an issue now that we dumped your inflated, unneeded salary.
"

  • based on how that individual got triggered it makes me wonder if there really is a solvency issue
