There was a new communication on 01/19 from Saul titled “brrr…” or something to the effect in Teamworks.
It briefly touched on how “contact centers” and “fraud operations” will not be in scope for the CSBB location strategy, and instead will follow the COO location strategy under Scott Powell (which I have not seen yet).
My understanding was that all CSBB (non-customer facing) roles were in contact centers, so now I am confused about who it really applies to. Thoughts?
