Unions are trash and only make things worse.
Unions sc--w you in their high union dues, then you get laid off.

This is why Unionization is a joke. A grand total of 4 voting bodies. All the branches could unionize, walk out the same day (since they'll never get to the bargaining table to begin with), then be replaced the next day by Scabs with no impact to the awful service already provided.
