I’ve been in ITV for 3 years. Two years ago we had almost nothing to do. My team and other teams around sat with nothing to do for 6+ months.
We finished RCSA testing in August. I’ve done almost nothing since.
Love the paychecks but this place is horribly managed. My time here is about up.
ITV was redundant from the start. It should be eliminate not offshored.
ITV literally has directors with no direct reports . Place is a cluster

Did anyone ask why ITV has managers and directors with 4 employees or less?
