Probably start $21-$23 hr depending on area differential. Incentive in current model you can get an extra 3k-6k depending on how good you are at your job. The new incentive can double that when it rolls out.
Personal bankers can easily make $300k/yr.
Unless they don't open fake accounts, then it's a lot less.
