Wow, not sure how to answer this one? Yes, Humana would be a great place to work if I could sleep at night knowing I would still have a job tomorrow.

In my 25 years of working in Healthcare, I've been laid off twice and switched companies or 'departments' within a company 6 times. If you think you're going to stay in the same role or with the same company for a long time than get out of Healthcare.
I was honest on the free writing part of the survey about what we are talking about at Humana.
I found the easiest way to get through this is to assume I will be let go and to start looking at other options, because the stress isn’t worth it…I control the situation then, not Humana
