So they let go of 11 managers . 5 from our Billings site 5 from South Carolina and 1 from Salt Lake. Should i be concerned about my job? They didnt give any managers notice. Just a mass email stating bye bye basically.

SLC in general is a specialty site yes, but that has nothing to do with LOB strategy. With opening SATX , Phoenix and then having Manilla, billings will fizzle out and close and SLC BC wont be far behind. Its pretty apparent with what is currently going on that at this point there wont be any New Hires in Billings or SLC.

Hearing that Billings is being shut down is crazy cuz does that mean Salt lake might be next. They opened new hubs in san antonio and arizona
I don’t know what your job is, what your LOB IS, or where you reside. As such i can’t give you any concrete advice other than “yes, you should be aftaid”
I called benefits last week and spoke to someone in India that had no clue. Gave me incorrect info. This sh#tshow is going to sink this company.
WF has laid off 50,000 people in the past 4-5 years.
WF has said multiple times on earnings calls, that they need to cut 40,000 more (operating efficiency is abysmal)
So, yes, you should be worried about your job. We all should be.
Yes, you should. They are moving a significant amount of US jobs to India.
This is NOT limited to phone service or admin/back office roles.
