I have heard that the Head of Diverse Segments/Representation/Inclusion has a total team of over 120. Eliminate that group completely. Instant efficiency improvement. No need for tracking/monitoring/QC/Audit of plans, just eliminate it.

Jesus, this again. DEI is lame, we get it.
Reduce the layers of management would be a simple and effective way. Another approach should be to require managers to rotate every 3-5 years, which would not only stimulate innovation but more importantly surface any deceit and corruption.
Someone please name one concrete, objective accomplishment that WF has achieved with all of our focus on DEI. Just name ONE THING that demonstrates that the amount of time/money spent on DEI has been worth it.
