Keeps happening because we have so many immature and unable to handle life in a mature way. Mommy and Daddy didn’t teach them to handle uncertainty and life and dr-gged them up from elementary school so they freak out now over the unknown.
And just so you little screamers know I have been laid off before. There was nothing I could do about it to prevent it. I was the most qualified of the two of us in my position and she was older. But I got laid off because of who she worked for. Could I do anything before it to prevent it? Nope. Did I work like cr-p to find another job? Yep. But then we were practically the last generation that seems to have been brought up to handle life and not whine and throw fits of anxiety over something you can’t control.
Truist SU-KS. I agree. Will not sleeping, threatening not to continue to do your work, UNIONIZE or posting useless threads to just get responses to feed your self esteem do anything? Nope.
And for those who will down vote me away, I’m not in the age bracket of a “boomer,” can have an intelligent conversation without dropping f bo--s and not have to sit around smoking weed. Sadly those blasting me here on this forum are our future in our country and our workforce. We are heading down a cliff while these clowns think they are superior to everyone around them. You are our ruin.
