Oh yea it’s by far fantasy land that Truist is going to try and have a court subpoena this site to hand over IP addresses. The only time this would happen is some egregious illegal activity. Truist is not going to waste time, money and negative media coverage having a court subpoena this site.
Lol you can't successfully subpoena a website to give you IP addresses because you think employees might be posting about layoffs or violating some non disparagement agreement (or for any other reason as a company). Someone in HR is trying to scare you.

regarding subpoenaing this website because people talked about being laid off… that is fantasy land. This websites been in service since the 2000 and that’s never happened.

A few people were left go in my department this morning and my manager had a brief meeting with us remaining ones, and used the phrase “as far as I know done with” in regard to anymore rif….but could more happen in December (12-13, as another person said) to avoid WARN?

Use a no logs VPN when making any posts to this site. If Truist Legal has a court subpoena this site, having your IP Address set as the VPN you are using makes it impossible for them to identify you.

Specific information can be discerned by interested parties, my brother and they can arbitrarily void my agreement. To that end, having read through the package and details already, I'm not putting my life, house, or social situation in jeopardy because I am bitter about losing my job. It's the bank's loss that I am being let go, not mine. I've given my details and the nature of my org and my result. Nothing else needs to be said.

I can't, sorry. The only thing I will say is I am NOT in North Carolina. I'd love to share, but I can't risk my pay or severance. There's a confidentiality clause in the agreement that I could breach if I give that much info.
