Another change that is coming is to eliminate the 5% pension contribution for employees that have been around for a while and aligning everyone on the 401K 6% match.
Yeah, they are moving to new system and ditching some old ones like Infor. We just moved to infor last year or so. What a waste of resources and money.
They've been doing this for months already.
My title is changing to Specialist - DGAF Services.
I think they’re going to do that.
FMU, these are primarily title changes. Yet to see new chart/how it flows, and old chart already yanked off the site.
Professional becoming Senior
Senior becoming Lead
Principal remaining the same
No pay changes except for Professional to Senior change since most of those are new employees/interns transitioning in or org.
Is principal changing? We heard titles were changing but not from this to that.
Titles changes and no change to bonus structure
they're changing hr systems, a few systems are being migrated into workday, those are likely the titles workday uses
I know we’re all wondering, so I’ll ask.
Can they really do that?
My job was retitled today to former employee, lol!
T’s idea of progress is change. It’s really just a distraction to Wallstreet and investors.
My title is changing to Senior Professional Area Associate Technical Manager Supervisor Consultant Level 2B-R9105-FEC.78. You will need to address me using that title only or I will be unable to respond.
My boss took his title out of his signature like a weirdo
Our group did this last year and remapped several women who were of diverse color. Their titles increased the TSR. These employees were surprised and had no idea why this was done. Probably to meet some obscure diversity measure.
Job Restructure, Re-Org, Relocation ... they're nothing but different ways to describe layoffs.
Because when senior management incompetence costs the company billions, the only answer they can come up with is cutting staff. Again and again.
It already started. My title changed along with the TSR. I was brought up to the new TSR low.
Yes. Not sure how this is going to affect pay or bonus payout but other group’s title has been changed from “Principal” to “Senior” where Principal is before the “Lead” title and it is “higher” than Senior at least per TCP (Technical Career Path).
Yes, it's already started. We received some of the title change mappingss. It's all smoke and mirrors intended to make you feel happy or something like a new title means anything.
As others pointed out, no salary change.
They pretty much do this every year just like quarterly reorgs. Never seem to get things right. Causes an unnecessary distraction on the employee base. I always say focus on the pay not the title. Keep cashing the paycheck and call yourself whatever title you like.
On 1/1/24, you will be given a new job title that aligns to the person in Eastern Europe that will be taking your role. Over the course of next year you will be paired up with your European Equivalent. They will record all of your collaborations and encode in data.att.com AI format. Then you will be offered to move to Brno. No relo. #BrnoBound
How dare they change it to Senior, does Stankey know? They will be the next layoff targets, now that they are labeled more experienced.
And they reduce the bonus payout for L2 from 12 to 11%
For individual contributors, some of the title prefixes are changing. For example, “Professional” becomes “Senior.” Title change only (i.e. not promotions).
It's already started.
