Executives are expected to be scrutinized every day. If you can't handle it, leave.
I think you are the one who is obsessed with this him by coming into this thread LOL. Looks like everyone is obsessed with him for some reason. It's all about human curiosity LOL. The more you try to stop us, the more we want to find out what crazy things he has done to earn this reputation LOL. He is definitely not normal.
Obsessed.
if ken is a walking ER case and if women need to be cautious why has nothing come of it? why has no one filed a case?
So Charlie picked up some loser from Truist. Go figure!
I used to work at Truist and have seen what he did over there. If you are female employees on his team, be very careful, protect yourself before he tries anything unethical.
Ken M himself is posting here a couple of times anonymously. But I can tell his writing.
i like the candor … week one into the job and info shared at hall hands that there will be cuts. is this normal? i find it a bit disingenuous when we talk about caring and cuts practically in the same breath
Hey so. I love the hate on this site. But as a person who didn’t work for first union or Wachovia. Or wells. You need to think about it. We all hate the corp structure. This person in particular. I didn’t like. But I grew to respect. Cause he was about getting sh-t done. We argued and fought a lot. And argued a lot. But logic proved. Give it a chance. Again I don’t and have never worked for your company or predecessors.
Kenny is a walking ER case. He has thick files wherever he goes. He thinks he is the smartest in the room. But is arrogant and swarmy. Everyone has heard the stories and a lot of folks have experienced him. I am not from Truist but we have people who are and this guys reputation precedes him.
TK is the same , she was asked to leave her last job before Wells because she delivered on nothing and was in over her head. She liked flying FC to Chicago all the time . Now she gets to attend galas and nominations for nothing she has accomplished but just happens to be the DEI token in a seat. Saul wasn’t great but he was better than TK. And Yes, I have worked with TK and she her area was a cluster. A lot of people from BofA have scratched their heads about Wells selection of TK.
Trash hiring trash, not surprised. Look what you did Saul. Should have promoted Jason. Now we’re in a clown fest of epic proportions.
A party animal is far better than being just an animal !
Want to point out that several of the "inherited leaders" are not exactly the "A" list types. They're typical "I worked him/her" hires from other companies. Meanwhile, TK is on her non-stop tour for gala events for whatever feel good thing it is this week.
You’re obsessed with this Truist guy
Yeah, let's hire a guy from a company that merged with another only a few years ago and has had a ton of platform issues on banking AND card systems. WCGW?
Typical of this new generation of "leaders" that have only been here for a few years.
Who in their right mind would hire an IT exec from Truist after everything that went down with the cr-p cut over to a new banking system last year, plus a number of other well publicized debacles causing system outages? This takes "scraping the bottom of the barrel" to an all new level.
This guy was a party animal at Truist. He got into some trouble and got kicked out of the company although he was not officially fired.
