There is no plan to do 5 days a week in office.

I'm just curious, so what stops you from not going back to the office? Our team policy is RTO 3 days a week, and 80% of my teammates still go to the office 2 days a week at most, and nothing happened... I mean if they really want to lay off people based of their RTO record, I have no issue leaving this company either.
