There is no plan to do 5 days a week in office.

I'm just curious, so what stops you from not going back to the office? Our team policy is RTO 3 days a week, and 80% of my teammates still go to the office 2 days a week at most, and nothing happened... I mean if they really want to lay off people based of their RTO record, I have no issue leaving this company either.

Started already in the smaller offices. “As of November 1st…”

Boomer voice: Back in my day we used to be in the office 7 days of the week.

Ah well I'd love to complain with you but the reality is most places are in a rto phase. Feel free to kick and scream on your way out today.

If history has taught us anything it will be the Thursday before Christmas buried in an email sent at 5:30

Yall are trolling the 5 day return. There isn’t enough space to have everyone in there at the same time.

Oh the irony…

There is no power or importance of forcing everyone to come in 5 days a week.

And this organization is NOT “together.”
