notices happen every other tuesday after the friday payday. Every. Single. One. Forever.
Sometimes, people are given "pre notice". This depends on the nature of the unit or role.
Halloween is a tuesday after payday. There will be notices. Some people I know got "pre noticed" last week or this week.
He is ruining this bank! He is clueless about what he it takes … it’s not about cutting and firing everyone in the short term you are ruining the bank reputation . Taking these thousands of loyal workers and moving to India ..and ruining thousands of people security who have worked and made this company for many many years! He should be ashamed but he’s not! Weasel.
