It’s bloated but it has to be, as the policy and procedure is. Don’t envy whoever had to reverse engineer that garbage into a workflow. It guides us through and personally I’ll take that over submitting paperwork via email

So far I’m kinda digging it. Way better than the ancient last shrp one. Would like to see some search and reporting enhancement but for a new system it’s not bad

Time for the BCM to finally get to work! Can’t wait to see how many missed SLA and due dates happen now that it’s on them….gonna pile up, should make for interesting scorecard reviews between OC and Control Exec , haha.
