Anyone hear anything honest about the employee survey results?

Lol to all who wasted their time on this. Like WF senior mgmt gives a cr-p what you think. I'm only surprised they still bother doing it. It's probably to satisfy an OCC issue or something and they'll stop it as soon as they can. All you who bothered submit a response, you wasted 5 or 10 minutes of your life for no reason.....
The survey results reflected an environment that is performing higher than expectations and true employee contentment. A decision was made to no longer pursue future surveys given the findings.
As I said before, the purpose of Employee Survey is to identify problematic employees and control potential risks beforehand. Nothing more.
I'm sure that's exactly how they feel, which is why the charade is insulting. They clearly don't care, so stop wasting everyone's time/money on the stupid survey. Shut down loudspeaker and every other form of feedback and just do whatever the F they want to do. These people are evil and detestable on so many levels. This company will likely never recover, but it definitely won't with these 'people' in charge.
We had our OC member admonish someone for bringing up their complaints. They said “ya I definitely hear your complaints, you just don’t like my answer so stop complaining or asking about it. Next question.” This is how the complaints are handled. At least the leader was direct and honest. Now the meetings are a joke. No one cares about the softball questions being asked.
My manager already told me that she hears my concerns and that they are her top priority. She will take care of them after her next promotion and raise.
What do people complain about on the surveys that they feel leads or can lead to more effort for themselves?
I fill them out, he77 I put my name on it. Don’t care. Point out how terrible information sharing is, how difficult it is to communicate with some teams (VHS I’m looking at you with your restricted distribution list), all the quiet quitting and incompetence.
We will get the same bill we always do and it will be pushed to our teams to try to solve problems that are much larger than our teams. Most people are very angry with enterprise issues, not their LOB, yet the OC refuses to acknowledge what the reflection in the mirror is showing them. The problem is them. It’s not my LOB leader.
I always participate and give detailed feedback. I consider that my ticket to complain when nothing changes. They’ve been given the feedback and the ball is in their court. If I don’t express my opinion, then they could plausibly deny knowing about the problems. I don’t care if they know I said what I said. It was professional and caring in tone-I’d tell Charlie any of it to his face. If that means my career is shot, then so be it. They’d lay me off in a heartbeat anyway, so there’s no security in not speaking up.
May we all soon get a CEO with long term goals and a vision and the understanding that if you treat your people right, they will go the distance for you. I’m still holding out hope for that and clinging to the small bright spots where I can in the meanwhile, I’m too old to leave easily but too young to retire. Fun.

If you're "sick and tired" of anything on this board, you should stop reading it.
A website shouldn't make you feel "sick and tired".
Exactly, and that's my biggest problem with the survey. Literally every single time the execs deflect the criticism that is clearly aimed at THEM and makes the plebes do a mountain of box checking busy work to "resolve the issue" on paper, while the real problems persist. It's truly maddening. At this point one can only conclude that the primary purpose of this charade is to further tank morale and drive attrition.
You and your team will soon be asked to do extra work related to the results of the survey, taking up a bunch of time with no final outcome. Management always puts anything negative back on the employees to solve or fix. It is really hilarious. But don’t worry, your manager will probably change in the next year so you can do the same thing all over again! Took me awhile to figure this out.
Not this topic again. I am sick and tired of people posting about employee survey over and over every month. Go away!
Management is working diligently on addressing your concerns. Trust me I know.
Have a buddy at a different financial company who filled out the supposed anonymous survey. Her answers/comments prompted management to schedule regular 1:1 meetings to address the concerns. Anonymous hey?
For me at WF, I found over too many years the best decision is to do nothing. Saying nothing, contributing nothing is more of a benefit to me than the company.
Nothing has changed and things are absolutely getting worse. Employee complaints are not taken seriously and can only harm the individual, while the company keeps chugging along.
I answer negatively every year. Still here. Either they know it’s me, or they don’t care.
I try to be as generic as possible on those things. They are clearly not anonymous and being negative will just lead to more busy work for you and not management.
