Most SIT testors are gone...dont tell me they can be replaced with automation. We already learned WF couldnt automate itself out of a cardboard box. No major system enhancements are truly going in successfully because of the people that didnt tell the bean counter the real need for SIT.

It’s funny how the devs now need to be qa, devops, management, scrum masters, and support. Can’t shift any more left Charlie. Only thing we’re shifting left to is into our graves.

Companies do this often. They get rid of their QA team, try to offshore, realize what a horrible mistake it was and a few years later spin up another QA team onshore.
You'd think they learn. Although personal opinion is they KNOW it will fail but they want that income statement to look better for a couple years.
