One big scare only so self-important middle management could make themselves look necessary. Yes, they gave us a reasonable justification for it but that doesn't excuse it. This place exists simply to create more work for itself in the name of ego-st-----g.
If you were affected, you know. If you weren't, don't bother asking because it can't be shared here.
If you want to come to work with a bunch of responsible people that take accountability for their actions, look elsewhere. If you want to work with people that blame others for THEIR OWN shortcomings, this is the place.

Underground political groups (aka old boy's club members) are working behind the scenes to profit themselves at the expense of others.
Could that be middle management is sweating about looming deadlines after 2 yesrs with nothing being produced? Money thrown out the door on SMEs and contractors and empty promises with no improvements? Better make those deadlines or risk that bonus being cut this year.
