Got routed to a clueless India support person who just kept repeating what I said and I could not understand half the conversation. Than got an include person which is a contracted company. That person stated that this is all new and they were still learning. Clueless as well. In the past I did not make a selection as I kept the same plan and it defaulted to it. You must enroll and make a selection!!!! …or you will be SOL without insurance. As a displaced person you have to deal with these clueless id--ts. How pathetic. HR even screwed up my annuity payment from the cash balance plan. Took me a month to fix. The place is a joke. So happy I got laid off and no longer an employee at this three ring circus.

"Displaced employees have to call. You do not get an action plan on workday."

Displaced employee here, and I found an action plan assigned to me in Workday yesterday. YMMV

I'm a laid off worker still on severance through February. It looks like for my situation it will be a better deal to just do ACA coverage instead. I don't want to spend 2 hours on the phone just to decline coverage on everything and I won't have access to my mail from the address they sent it to until almost the end of annual enrollment.

So is it absolute certain that if we simply don't call in, that means we are opting out of everything? Because I want to opt out of everything and just do an ACA plan instead and not waste money on the WF coverage.

Displaced employees have to call. You do not get an action plan on workday. What a nightmare to do it. Spent two hours on the phone. Had to call India and I ended up talking to displacements and they did it over the phone. The biggest joke is no way to print anything to make sure it is right. They are hoping you don’t get your insurance.

I was laid off and am on severance pay and I don't have access to register for 2024 benefits and can't even see my 2023 current benefits. I called the enrollment phone number. They don't speak English well and did not know how to help.

Not to police you, but there was already a thread on this, and postings even from earlier today.
